2 teaspoons granulated garlic (garlic powder is OK to substitute)

Pat the chicken dry.

Combine salt, pepper, paprika and granulated garlic together in a bowl. Rub over the chicken. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place chicken on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Turn and baked for another 15 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
